A Twitter survey revealed a clear demand for reward-based motivation and smart tools like AI coaching, pointing toward a future where engagement and guidance go hand in hand.

In order to outline key functionality, I created a simple flow diagram of the main tasks users can perform in the app. The core user journey is shown below.

Once the flow diagram was established, I began creating low-fidelity wireframes of the main user flows - focusing on key screens like onboarding, workout tracking, and progress monitoring.
